      1.1 Are you only a webshop or can I also visit you to look / buy

      You certainly can! We are not only a webshop, but we also have a showroom that you can visit to see the materials, ask questions, etc.
      We like to take the time to speak to everyone and that is why we would like to know in advance that you want to come by. You can see the address of the showroom at the top of our web pages
      You can drop by on working days between 10 am-5pm. If we are closed (due to fairs etc.), this is always stated on the website

      1.2 Can I come and collect an order?

      Yes, you can certainly pick up an order. When ordering, choose the option "pick up" in the shipping method.
      In the comment field you can indicate when you want to collect the order. You can pick it up on working days between 10:30 am and 4:30 pm at our showroom at 72 Leeuwstraat in Volkel.

      1.3 What are the shipping costs?

      Orders are shipped with us via PostNL, for domestic shipping we use the following shipping costs:
      * Packages up to 30 kilograms - € 7.95 including VAT

      The above rates are for webshop customers, different rates apply to wholesalers.
      Foreign shipments are made via UPS / PostNL, the rates can be seen by entering the delivery address in the shopping cart.
      We provide free shipping for private customers with orders from € 150 (wholesalers from € 250, - excl. VAT)

      1.4 When will my order be delivered?

      We ship orders that are ordered and paid before 3 p.m. the same day. For delivery we depend on PostNL, in principle these will be delivered to you the next day. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that there is a delay, which means that the delivery takes longer than 1 day. Unfortunately we cannot do anything about this, so the advice is, order the materials you need on time!

      1.5 Do you also give advice on materials?

      Yes, if you want advice on purchasing or using the materials we sell, you can contact us by mail of telephone.

      1.6 Do you also sell at wholesale prices?

      Yes, we also deliver to shops, decorators, web shops, etc. at wholesale prices. If you want to register for this, fill in the form and we will process your registration. You can enter the VAT number yourself when creating an account, but the wholesale prices will not be displayed automatically. For this we must first check the numbers provided.

      1.7 I read in the newspaper that balloons can be carcinogenic, is this correct?

      A report in the newspaper about carcinogenic substances in balloons causes many questions and discussions.
      But when you read the documents and the investigation by the NVWA, you can also be happy that these kinds of investigations are being carried out.
      This is because there are many balloons on the market that are imported from the well-known Asian countries and which now appear to be harmful to health.
      We as responsible suppliers do not have to worry and only sell balloons that are completely free of Nitrosamines.
      So here too it applies that cheap turns out to be expensive.

      However, you should always inflate balloons with a pump and dispose of them properly after use.
      This way we keep balloons fun and also harmless for the environment!

      1.8 What is the minimum order amount in your webshop

      We use a minimum order amount of € 15 (excluding shipping costs).

      1.9 How long is the shelf life of the latex balloons and how should I store them

      Balloons are a natural product, this means that they can "spoil", they dry out and you can no longer inflate them and they will immediately pop.
      The balloons we sell are all of high quality (unlike many balloons in toy stores, supermarkets, etc).
      As a result, they have a longer shelf life, but you have to pay attention to some points when storing balloons.
      You have to keep them in a cool, dry, and dark place like a cupboard, box or, for example, an old cool box. Do not put balloons in the sun, as this will dry them out and make them unusable.
      If they are stored properly, you can keep and use the balloons for a long(er) time.

      1.10 I have ordered the wrong materials / balloons, can I return them?

      Yes, that is allowed if you order as a private individual (companies are excluded from this), but it is true that this must be done (at your own expense) within 14 days after we received your order. The balloons must not have been inflated and must be in the original closed packaging. Before you return the balloons, please contact us (by e-mail) so that we know what will be returned. After receipt, we will refund your purchase amount (minus the paid shipping costs) to your account

      1.11 Can I add / change something to an order that I have placed?

      Yes you can, you can inform us by telephone or e-mail, of course only if the shipment has not yet left us. When adding items, we will send you a link for payment. We add the costs of € 3.50 (excl. VAT) for this adjustment / payment.
