It is possible with this tank.The content of this cylinder is 0.42 m3, enough to fill 50 latex balloons of 9 inches (or approximately 25 - 30 of 12 ")
Super fun for your party at home, handy on location, etc.
If the cylinder is empty you can simply throw it off, not a deposit, rent etc.

Note: these cylinders are meant to fill latex balloons with helium.It is also possible to fill foil balloons with this, but the pressure from the cylinder can make the foil balloons pop or damage the valve so that the foil balloon does not float (long).
