Handy tips
Use a funnel to put the powder into the balloon and then inflate the balloon with a pump, not by mouth. A balloon of 24 inch or larger works best for a proper powder cloud. Combine with blue colour powder and a black or neutral balloon so the colour stays a secret until the very last moment.

Tip: Sempertex balloons are made of natural latex (natural rubber). Dispose of used and broken balloons with household waste after use.
